New group exercise and cycling timetables go live on Mon 18 Jan

Our new cycling, fast classes and group exercise timetable are starting on Monday 18 January. These are jam-packed with new and exciting classes that will provide you with the variety and motivation you need to reach your goals in 2016. 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up or improve your fitness, our new timetables are designed to keep you active. We cater for everyone, whether you are new to exercise, pregnant, looking for a challenge or wanting to socialise. Our group exercise programme includes Zumba, Pilates and Insanity to name a few. The newest addition to our timetable is the BODYJAMâ„¢ classes, a new dance fitness programme from LesMills. Our qualified instructors lead an addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds to put as much emphasis on having fun as on breaking a sweat.
