Fast classes are short, focused group sessions, designed to motivate and inspire you. Fast classes are available at Derby Arena and Springwood Leisure Centre. These sessions are 15 - 20 minutes long, available FREE to all our gym membership holders and are led by our health and fitness advisors. Our free fast classes are now bookable, making them easier to fit around your current workout programme. Each fast class is different so come and have a go!
