Group exercise classes at the Arena are a great way to keep fit and have fun!

We have something for everyone – whether you're new to exercise, pregnant, fancy a challenge or want to socialise. Our class programme includes Pilates, Zumba, BodyPump, BodyCombat and BodyAttack as well as a varied Wattbike Cycling programme. Classes are available for all levels of fitness ensuring that everyone can get involved.
