Walking football has over 400 teams now in the UK and there is a real buzz about the sport.
The sport is targeted at men who are over 50 and would like to get back into exercise but are unable to play its speedier cousin.
The rules are much the same as football and it is a great way to meet people who all have a passion for the sport.
If you would like to hire a court to come along and play with your friends then please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org or alternatively call on 01332 640011 to enquire.
Walking Netball is a slower version of the game; it is netball, but at a walking pace. The game has been designed so that anyone can play it regardless of age or fitness level.
From those who have dropped out of the sport they love due to serious injury, to those who believed they had hung up their netball trainers many years ago, it really is for everyone.
Come and join the game on Derby Arena infield.
Mondays 11am – 12noon, £3.50 a session, to pre book please call us on 01332 640011 or alternatively register your details with us at email@example.com
