Derby Arena is an incredibly flexible space making an ideal venue for a wide range of activities and events. Events of all scales can be catered for, including celebrations, ceremonies, trade fairs, exhibitions, product launches, conferences and meetings.
The Arena's inspirational main space can hold anything up to 5000 (seated and standing). There is also a suite of multi-purpose rooms that can be used as a breakout space or for smaller events, meetings, training, conferences and hospitality.
The Arena's 250m indoor cycle track, sports infield, state-of-the-art gym and exercise studios offer further opportunities to build bespoke corporate packages to meet your needs.

Wellbeing Packages
Are you wanting to improve morale in the office? Are you wanting to gel a new team and increase staff productivity? Derby Arena’s wellbeing day experience could be just the thing.
We welcome and can cater for team building days for up to 32 people with our Gold, Silver and Bronze packages. The Arena’s 250m indoor cycle track, sports infield, 150 station gym and exercise studios offer further opportunities to build a bespoke corporate package to meet your team’s needs.

Cycling Packages
Our cycling packages make a great team building activity and are available either standalone or as part of a wider package. Sessions are suitable for any level of rider right from beginner stage; our coaches will deliver a bespoke session to meet your needs.
Meeting room packages
We have a range of multi-purpose rooms that can be used for smaller events, meetings, training, conferences, hospitality or as a breakout space as part of a wider package or larger event.
This flexibility means we can cater for numbers from 10 to 180, boardroom or theatre-style. Our in-house catering and technical teams are on-hand to work with you to ensure we meet the needs of your event. There is access to Wi-Fi and we have induction loops available.

- Meeting room (40 capacity - theatre style and 18 capacity - boardroom style) prices start from half day £100 / full day £180
- Deluxe meeting room (80 capacity - theatre style and 30 capacity - boardroom style) prices start from half day £190 / full day £265
- Platinum meeting room (180 capacity - theatre style) prices start from full day £1,100
Catering packages
Our in-house catering team are on hand to provide a range of refreshments for your event.
- Everything for a refreshment break, from breakfast cobs to full afternoon tea. from £3.95
- Working lunch to refuel your day. Lunch bags and finger buffets available. from £4.50
- Our hot fork buffets range from 1 - 3 courses designed to suit you. from £10.95
- One serving of tea, coffee and biscuits £2.40 a head
All rates based on per person, with a minimum order of 8. A wide range of alternative bespoke catering packages can be arranged on request.
