Come and join our instructor led RigFit classes on our multi-functional training Rig! 

RigFit

From TRX to punch bags, battle-ropes to Skill Mills our RigFit classes promise to be varied and highly motivating - so get involved and add something new to your training routine!

All exercises can be scaled to suit your fitness needs so come along and take part.

Teen RigFit is suitable for Movement members aged 12 - 16. 

RigXperience

This motivational circuit style workout is guaranteed to challenge your cardio, strength, balance and core, with a mix of bodyweight and equipment based exercise on the Rig. Our promise is to provide a fun and challenging workout that is suitable for all levels, while you provide the motivation and hard work.

The short classes are aimed at introducing you to a versatile piece of equipment.

MyZone Xvert

This gym floor based fast class uses the RIG and our interlinked Myzone heart rate training system to combine cardio with strength and conditioning. Demo Myzone belts are available for trial.
