Fast classes

Fast classes are short, focussed group sessions, designed to motivate and inspire you.

Classes are available to all our gym users, are 15 - 20 minutes long and take place in the functional area of the gym. They're led by our health and fitness advisors and are free.

Sessions are run during peak times and are advertised daily within the Gym.  Each fast class is different so come and have a go!
