April gym challenge

It's time for a new gym challenge and this month it is Powerlifting.
If you have a passion for powerlifting, this month’s challenge is for you! We are looking for a person who can lift the heaviest weight in bench, squat and deadlift. The record of the combined total achieved will be made comparable to bodyweight for a fair leaderboard. To take part in this month's gym challenge speak to your Health and Wellbeing Advisor for training on improving your strength and ask them to record your combined total weight.
You can attempt this challenge as many times as you'd like. Good luck to everyone!
