May Health & Fitness Challenge

May Gym Challenge

Join us this May with our new health and fitness challenge.

To take part in the challenge all you need to do is pledge a fitness or health related goal that you’d like to achieve during May (or longer term).

For example

  • I pledge to lose 4kg in May
  • I pledge to run 5km without stopping

All members will get support and a programme from the HWA to support them and help achieve the goal.

We will have a pledge wall where we will ask all participants to write down their pledge.

Anyone who meets their summer pledge gets entered into a raffle for a one month free membership.
