Celebrating pancake day but still want to be eating right for your gym routine? We've got the perfect pancake recipe for you, which is both delicious and full of protein!
Treat yourself to our Chocolate Orange Protein Pancakes after your visit to the gym today!
Pancakes
1 ripe banana
30g chocolate protein powder
1 egg
25g rolled oats
Zest of half an orange
Coconut oil
To Serve
Greek yoghurt
Blueberries,
Orange segments
Mash the banana and mix in a bowl
To the banana, add the protein powder, egg, oats, and the orange zest and mix into a batter
Heat the coconut oil in a frying pan and add 3-5 large spoonfuls of batter.
Fry and flip to cook on both sides.
Serve with blueberries, the leftover orange and a dollop of Greek yoghurt.
