Join Cycle Derby for a ride during the Summer holidays

Thu 14 Apr 2016

Cycle Derby is running a range of cycling activities during the School Summer Holidays and we are excited to be taking part through hosting two sessions at Derby Arena.

On 31 May there will be a morning session that will take place outdoors, which will be followed by an afternoon session on the track. The day will run from 10am to 3pm and has been designed for children age 10 years and up.

Your child will need to be a competent cyclist and you will need to book and pay for the session in advance for a fee of £25.

The next session is a family ride from Derby Arena, which will follow the riverside route. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy a leisurely 10 mile ride from Derby Arena to Elvaston Castle and back again with your children. The ride will take place from 10am - 2pm and will cost £5 each.

Please note that suitable bikes will be provided for both sessions.

For more information or to book please call 01332 641747 or email cycle.derby@derby.gov.uk.
