Up your motivation and join us for the February Gym Challenge!
This month's challenge is perfect for cyclists - it's the Ramp Test.
We invite you to complete a sub-maximal Ramp Test on any Wattbike for this month's challenge. Your results in watts will be entered onto our leaderboard and will provide an excellent gauge of your cardiovascular fitness. This is particularly great for cyclists, and gives you power outputs to train towards after testing!
If you would like to get involved, simply select the pre-set test on any Wattbike to give it a go. Your results will be recorded automatically, but you can always ask for help from a Wellbeing Adviser.
You can attempt this challenge as many times as you like!
