Derby Active Open Weekend

Have you ever tried one of our fitness classes? Did you know we have over 100 classes per week running at Springwood Leisure Centre and Derby Arena to celebrate the release of Body Combat 100. Come along to our open weekend at both leisure facilities from Fri 27 - Sun 29 Sep for you to join in your favourite class or try something completely new. All classes are free for the weekend on a first come first served basis.

Springwood Leisure Centre will be showcasing both how to get the benefits from MyZone training and also the impressive immersive cycle studio. Whilst Derby Arena is launching the new Les Mills release of Body Pump, Body Attack and Body Combat. So whether dance is your thing, or you prefer a Yoga or Pilates session, whether you want strength training or prefer to cardio training, Derby Active group exercise caters for all.
