Bring a friend along to the gym for free!

During November 2023 we're inviting Derby Active Health and Fitness members to bring a friend along to Derby Arena and try out a gym session.

Exercise is so much more fun with a friend, so why not bring one of your friends along for your workout session.

Terms and Conditions:

• Available at Derby Arena.
• One session for each friend for the month of November, this offer does not allow multiple sessions for one person. 
• Derby Active Health and Fitness members can bring a friend for free to either a class or a gym session.
• We advise to book in advance by calling the centre of your choice.
• Available during November 2023
• Subject to availability.  
• Management reserves the right to refuse entrance.
