Have A Go!

The FREE event, will be an event targeted at disabled people and their carer.   The event will provide opportunities to try out sports/leisure activities for free.  It will feature activities such as

-              Seated volleyball

-              Boccia

-              Basketball

-              Adapted bicycle

Also table top activities such as

-              Knit and natter

-              Making book-marks

-              Cultural arts and crafts

They will also be able to visit various stalls with information about health and sports.
