Gym
Our Derby Active Gyms, have state-of-art equipment, including CV with interactive screens, PULSE weights machines, a wide range of free weights, and functional floor areas.
Derby Active Health and Wellbeing Advisors will provide a free induction and a personalised programme with regular reviews.
Classes
With 75+ classes to choose from, we have something for everyone.
From beginner to advanced, we will ensure you enjoy and achieve your personal fitness goals.
Choose from Zumba, LesMills Body Attack, Indoor Fitness Cycling, Rigfit, Pilates, Aerobics, Step, Yoga, Body Pump, Clubercise and more.

5 Day Pass Terms and Conditions
- Valid for customers 16 years and over
- Offer ends 20 Jun 2022
- To activate your 5 day pass, complete the online form, then book your activation session at any centre.
- All 5 day pass members must sign the Health Commitment Statement prior to using the gym and attend an activate session. Membership card must be shown at reception on every visit, it will be valid for 5 consecutive days from the first day of visit
- All 5 day pass customers will need to complete a member application form.
- For the 5 day period standard fitness membership terms and conditions will apply.
- 5 Day passes can be used at Derby Arena and Springwood Leisure Centre
- Activities include gym and classes subject to availability.
- 5 day passes are available for new members only.
- Not transferable, value £0.00.
- One voucher use per person. The voucher must be activated within 14 days of registering.
