Springwood Open Day, celebrating 25th birthday

About the Event

Springwood Leisure Centre celebrates 25 year of opening, with a free open day for everyone to enjoy on Sunday 25 Sep, 9am - 3pm.

Springwood Leisure Centre opened its doors in April 1997, supporting the community of Oakwood and wider to engage in activities. The centre is still going strong and would like to showcase activities available to everyone.

Free activities include:

• Group exercise classes
• Beginners indoor cycling class
• Springtots Taster (preschool ages walking – 5 years )
• Your stats assessments with the Gym Instructor
• Gymnastics Beginners Taster, 5+ years
• Bouncy Castle & Soft play session
• Trampoline display
• Trampolining taster sessions, 7-14 years
• Have-a-go, Badminton/Table tennis
• and more to be confirmed

We also have special guests, including Project D and more to be announced. If you have been a customer over the past 25 years at Springwood Leisure Centre, tell us your stories or send us your pictures of you attending the leisure centre, we'd love to read and see them. Members and non-members will be able to book from Monday 5th September.
