About the Event

British Cycling Youth Omnium Midlands Series to take place at Derby Arena

We are excited to announce that the British Cycling Youth Omnium Series (Midlands) is going to take place at Derby Arena on Sunday 26 April between 10am and 5pm.

This cycling event is a round of the National Youth (for cyclists aged 16 and under) track racing series. The series consists of a number of rounds split into six geographically spread areas, where Derby will be part of the Midlands’ group series alongside Newcastle Under Lyme and Wolverhampton venues.

The top 5 riders overall in each competition category from each regional series will be eligible to ride in the National final. To find out more and to enter please visit British Cycling website

Everyone is welcome to spectate the event. Please note the following charges will apply on the day:

  • If you are parking at the Arena on the day of the event, you will need to pay £2.50 for parking and no spectator fee will be payable.
  • If you are walking/riding your bike to the Arena and not paying for parking, then £1 spectator fee will be payable.
  • If you hold a bfit memebership or Derby Leisure card, then you will be entitled to free entry to spectate the event.
