Monthly Gym challenge

Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.

We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgeable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month. 


What is it?

Register with a Health and Wellbeing Advisor before Monday 10 February. The challenge is to lose the most weight, relative to your starting weight, with the support of your Health and Wellbeing Advisor.

The winner of the challenge will be the member that loses the greatest percentage.
