Monthly Gym challenge
Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.
We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgeable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month.
Plank a day in May
What is it:
Over the course of 31 days you will have 26 variations of plank exercises, 4 plank circuit variations based on the exercises done in the previous week and two test days to assess your improvement.
Whoever improves their plank time over the month wins!
Speak to a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to receive a plank calendar and record sheet to take part in the challenge.
