We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month
March: 1km Rowing Race
Now it's March that means time for a brand new gym challenge!
This month we're asking you to row your way to be the fastest to 1km.
How do I do this challenge?
Record the time it takes you to complete 1km on a Concept II rowing machine.
Do I need a specific set up of equipment?
The monitor should be set up to ‘Distance’ 1000m. This enables the distance to countdown and gives an exact completion time.
How do I record my results?
Just grab one of our Wellbeing Advisors who will show you what to do and record your results for you.
