Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.
We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgeable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month.
Three Peaks Challenge
What is it:
The National Three Peaks Challenge takes in Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, covering a total ascent of 3064 metres.
Throughout March we’re challenging you to achieve this distance through incline walks and runs!
All exercise on the treadmill at an incline greater than 4% counts towards your total.
