We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month

How do I do this challenge?
Make more than 12 gym sessions this month to be entered into a prize draw!
How do I record my results?
Have a member of the Health and Wellbeing Team sign and date your attendance card on each visit.
