Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.
We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month

Can you beat yourself?
How do I do this challenge?
Record the maximum number of press ups you can complete in one set at the start of the month. Then get booked in with a Health and Wellbeing advisor or pick up on of our whole body strength programs from the gym desk. Re-test at the end of the month and record improvement.
How do I record my results?
Ask one of our Health and Wellbeing Advisors to record your attempts.
