I have been working in the Fitness Industry for six years. I practise what I preach and I have a keen interest in distance running. I have a big passion for teaching Group Cycling as well as instructing functional Training Techniques with an aim to help people make their everyday tasks easier.
I have experience with doctor referrals and enjoy helping people make improvements in their everyday health and lifestyle.
