Monthly Gym challenge

Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge.

We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month

December: The Mile - The fastest to run 1 mile (1.6km) on a treadmill. 

 Record the time it takes to complete 1.6km on a treadmill. You can have as many attempts as you like. It is recommended that you use no more than 1% incline.

Once you’ve finished running, grab a member of staff to verify your time and record it on the challenge log. Or you can borrow a TGS key set to 1.6km which will record your time for you.
