Monthly Gym challenge

Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge. We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month.

July: Stage 9

 

Take inspiration from the Tour de France this month and challenge yourself to 3 climbs
and a final sprint on a Wattbike.

To take part, head to the next Wattbike class or speak to your WBA for a plan to attempt the challenge without the class.

June: The Mile

This month we are looking for speedy runners - we want to see who can run a mile (1.6km) on a
treadmill the fastest.

You can select your own running speed and we recommend you use no more than 1% incline.

To take part, speak to your WBA to verify and record your time.

You can attempt this challenge as many times as you’d like. Good luck!

May: Individual Time Trial 3km

This month’s challenge is perfect for cycling enthusiasts! We are looking for the fastest person to reach 3km on a Wattbike.

Your WBA can assist with bike set-up and resistance settings. Set your monitor to distance 3000m.

To take part, speak to your WBA to verify and record your time.
