We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month

Now we're in January, that can only mean one thing - time for a new gym challenge!
Our 12 step challenge to help you get back on track for the new year.
How do I do this challenge?
1 x 500m cycle
2 x 10 kettle bell swings
3 minutes row for distance
4 pieces of equipment you have never used in the gym before
5 x 5 reps leg press
6 minutes @ 6% incline on a treadmill
7 lengths lunge walk on blue 10m mats
8 clean and jerks using any weighted bar
9 body weight ring rows
10 box jumps
11 full sit ups
