Monthly Gym challenge
Every month we like to challenge our gym-goers with an exciting gym challenge. We vary the focus of the challenge and have our friendly and knowledgable wellbeing advisors on hand to help you with a programme so you can beat your personal best each month.
September: Invictus Games
Get ready for the Invictus Games, starting Sat 23 Sep, with this month’s gym challenge.
The challenge is to complete 500m on a Top XT in the shortest amount of time possible.

Got tennis on the brain? Continue the fun with this month’s gym challenge!
You have 1 minute to throw a tennis ball at the wall and catch it with the opposite hand and alternate every time.
How many times can you throw and catch in 1 minute?

July: Stage 9
Take inspiration from the Tour de France this month and challenge yourself to 3 climbs
and a final sprint on a Wattbike.
To take part, head to the next Wattbike class or speak to your WBA for a plan to attempt the challenge without the class.
